Birthday Adventure Builder
An adult asks; a human answers. This flow collects what a welfare-first party actually needs — accessibility, date windows, group size, deposit terms, a signed waiver — and then produces a request summary. It never produces a booking, and it never promises a particular animal.
Step 1 · shape
Pick a shape for the day
Three designed shapes. All three are observation-led; none of them involves handling an animal, and each says plainly what it does not include.
No request produced yet
Complete the five steps and this becomes a request summary you could print and send yourself. It will carry a reference, the accessibility needs at the top, the welfare conditions, the deposit position and the words “not a confirmed booking” in the status field.
Welfare-aware availability
Availability is not a calendar of free slots. It is a calendar of days when a session would not cost an animal anything. These are the conditions that close a window:
- Heat / cold
- Outside the species' comfort range for the session length
- New arrival
- Any animal settling in, or a group whose composition just changed
- Young present
- Recent births, nesting or dependent young anywhere on the route
- Health watch
- Any animal under observation, treatment or altered feeding
- Routine clash
- Feeding, veterinary rounds, training or transport in the same period
- Staffing
- Below the ratio that lets one keeper stop the session and stay with the animals
Any single condition closes the window. They are checked by people, not by this page.
Production truth for this room
- No venue, no calendar, no payment. There is no verified site, no availability feed and no deposit mechanism. Prices are deliberately absent rather than invented.
- No booking is possible. The output is a summary document for a human conversation.
- No child data. Age band only — no names, no dates of birth, no school, no location.
- Everything you type stays in this browser tab.
